VISION

Building Disciples of Jesus Christ by speaking God's truth, living by God's plan and loving others.

The Vision of Delaware Grace is to reach the Delaware community and surrounding areas for Christ. Journeying through life in small groups and large gatherings, we will equip Christ-followers so they will grow more deeply in their faith, and as a result, become more Christ-like in their lives. We are dedicated to teach and speak God’s truth found in the scriptures, and to embrace our role as God’s ambassadors with a responsibility to serve and love others.


MISSION

Leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

As we follow Christ, we continue to gain understanding of who He is through the Bible, which is God’s Word to us, and the leading of the Holy Spirit in our lives. As a result, we know Christ more intimately and live our lives in a way that reflects that growing relationship with Him and the desire for others to know him as well. Our Mission at Delaware Grace is to engage others in the Delaware community and help them on this path of discipleship.

  • Lead Pastor

    Jeff Martin - JeffMartin@delawaregrace.org

    Jeff Martin serves as the Lead Pastor at Grace. He is married to Sherry, and they have 2 sons and 3 grandchildren. They have been serving in ministry for 25 years in a variety of ministry roles and have been at Delaware Grace for the last 5 years. He enjoys watching OSU sports and being involved in men’s groups and music. He serves on the preaching team here at Grace.

  • Worship Leader

    Andrew Hackler - andrewhackler@delawaregrace.org

    Andrew Hackler serves as the Worship Leader at Grace. He oversees the worship and tech teams, including: video, and photography, and helps out with the social media and website teams. He is married to Shannon Hackler. He grew up in Cincinnati Ohio, where he first started in worship ministry. Andrew received a BA in worship and broadcasting/digital media/journalism at Cedarville University. He enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and is an avid Star Wars fan.

    Lorraine Kristyak - lorrainekristyak@delawaregrace.org

    Lorraine Kristyak serves as the Director of Grace Family Daycare and Preschool, a ministry of Delaware Grace Church. While originally from the Pittsburg area, her and her Husband recently moved to this area to be closer to family and enjoy the role of grandparents. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Her background experience includes working with Children and Youth Services, Mental Health aftercare homes and a Juvenile Center.  While working at the Friendship House Daycare Center as a teacher and Director, she discovered a passion for utilizing her experiences to help families navigate the early learning journey and maximize the impact. She loves spending time with her family, including her dogs. She likes the beach, enjoys most sports, both playing and watching. But most importantly she loves the role of Nana.

  • Church Administrator

    Neydine Dominguez- NEYDINEDOMINGUEZ@DELAWAREGRACE.ORG

    Neydine Dominguez plays the role of Administration and Finances at Delaware Grace Church.

    She grew up in California and then moved to Mexico where she met her husband Rafael while he was on vacation. They married in 2006 and have lived in Delaware, Ohio since. Neydine and Rafael have four children, Ignacio, Jocelyn, Ramses, and Damian. Neydine’s background includes graphic arts, website design, finance, social media presence, and administration.  She is passionate about music, art and enjoys all things that require creativity. She loves decorating, family gatherings and enjoying good food.

  • Elder Moderator, Elder of DG Students, Finance

    Justin Mack - students@delawaregrace.org

    Justin is employed by Larson Design Group.

    He is married to Amanda and they are the parents of Logan, Riley, Addy and Jeremiah.

    Justin has attended Delaware Grace for over 20 years, and is active in leading the Youth Group ministry and is currently the Elder Moderator.


  • ELDER OF Grace Kids

    JEFF EDLER  - GRACEKIDS@DELAWAREGRACE.ORG

    Jeff serves as an Elder at Delaware Grace. He grew up in Dublin, Ohio and after his father passed away his mother, sister, and Jeff moved to Delaware, Ohio. A Delaware Hayes graduate then later received his Bachelor of Science in Business Degree from University of Phoenix. Married to Brenda since 1979 has two children Brandon and Jackie. Jeff and Brenda are enjoying their two grandchildren, bicycling, walking, friends, and volunteering with Grace children ministries. 

  • Elder of Life Groups

    Josh Weiser - lifegroups@delawaregrace.org

    Josh Weiser serves as an elder at Delaware Grace. He grew up in Kilbourne and has attended Delaware Grace since he was a teenager.  Josh studied Computer Science Engineering at Ohio State University & earned a Master of Arts in Ministry from Grace College and Seminary.  Josh met his wife, Beth, at OSU, & since being married in 2002, they have joyfully welcomed their son, Noah, and their daughter, Catie.  He enjoys reading, nature, and family. He serves on the preaching team here at Grace.

  • Elder of 5th Sunday, Men's Ministry

    Jason Desjardins - mensministry@delawaregrace.org

    Jason DesJardins is one of our elders. He is a lifelong resident of Delaware, Ohio. He met his wife, Cindy, in 1997 and started attending our church then with her and her family. They married in 1998 and have 3 kids, Cole (2001), Apryl (2003) and Allyson (2005). He most recently went back to school in 2013 at The Ohio State University for his bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering, finishing in 2019. He has enjoyed sports throughout his life, still playing softball, and recently picking up disc golf. He also enjoys building projects like home repairs and small remodels.

  • Elder of Prayer Team

    Jamie Kridler - PRAYFORME@DELAWAREGRACE.ORG

    Jamie serves on the Prayer Team, and as an Elder. Jamie and his wife, Karen, grew up approximately 50 miles northeast of Pittsburgh, PA. Their latest move brought them to Delaware approximately 25 years ago. They have a daughter Kimberly, a son Jaison, and two grandchildren, Austin and Ciara. Jamie has recently retired after 42 years in the explosives industry. He and Karen enjoy motorcycles, hiking, and kayaking. He serves on the preaching team here at Grace.
