Justin is employed by Larson Design Group.

He is married to Amanda and they are the parents of Logan, Riley, Addy and Jeremiah.

Justin has attended Delaware Grace for over 20 years, and is active in leading the Youth Group ministry and is currently the Elder Moderator.

Jeff serves as an Elder at Delaware Grace. He grew up in Dublin, Ohio and after his father passed away his mother, sister, and Jeff moved to Delaware, Ohio. A Delaware Hayes graduate then later received his Bachelor of Science in Business Degree from University of Phoenix. Married to Brenda since 1979 has two children Brandon and Jackie. Jeff and Brenda are enjoying their two grandchildren, bicycling, walking, friends, and volunteering with Grace children ministries. 

Josh Weiser serves as an elder at Delaware Grace. He grew up in Kilbourne and has attended Delaware Grace since he was a teenager.  Josh studied Computer Science Engineering at Ohio State University & earned a Master of Arts in Ministry from Grace College and Seminary.  Josh met his wife, Beth, at OSU, & since being married in 2002, they have joyfully welcomed their son, Noah, and their daughter, Catie.  He enjoys reading, nature, and family. He serves on the preaching team here at Grace.

Jason DesJardins is one of our elders. He is a lifelong resident of Delaware, Ohio. He met his wife, Cindy, in 1997 and started attending our church then with her and her family. They married in 1998 and have 3 kids, Cole (2001), Apryl (2003) and Allyson (2005). He most recently went back to school in 2013 at The Ohio State University for his bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering, finishing in 2019. He has enjoyed sports throughout his life, still playing softball, and recently picking up disc golf. He also enjoys building projects like home repairs and small remodels.
